Had his annual today, and they checked a small lump on his side - turns out to be nothing. Only 3 blocks away, but I take a taxi there because he’s intent on getting out of the carrier. We can walk home, because he knows that the carrier will get him there and doesn’t fuss.

We used to have two cats. They both hated being in the car. So one time, on the way home from the vet, I let the whiniest one out of her crate in hopes she would shut up. The cat climbed on me and took a shit in my lap. Fortunately for the cat the window was rolled up.

Nope, kept the cat until she was 18 and couldn’t go on ... badly for me though.
